Go ahead and sparkle

Posted on June 1st, 2007 by Shawn in Freedom Challenge, Gratitude, Sparkle

Why not?  What have we got to lose?  I think this, too, is part of my Freedom Challenge- to go ahead and sparkle, be feisty!  Why not go ahead and sparkle?

I've a class coming up – Reawakening Your Inner Sparkle.  For some reason, I've not shared it with as many people as I would have thought I would.  Did I think I'd look "weird"?  I wish I'd remembered about "Yeah, I am weird.  Isn't it wonderful?"   So for the next few days, I'm just wanting to remind people of their sparkle.  Now that should be fun!  (Fredi, can you believe I'm using that word?")
Hmm.  Maybe using pent-up anger as a tool this week helped pave the way for opening up – saying yes to the idea of reawakening, reviving, replenishing the part of me that says yes to life – to sparkle.  I love that place that says yes to sparkling aliveness.  Like little kids, filled with joy and authenticity.
Sending out many sparkles!

Class? Where’s the info? :-) (a link to it would be great…)

“Maybe using pent-up anger as a tool this week helped pave the way for opening up…”

That’s a very insightful statement, in my book; anger, as I’ve seen, is a response to a feeling of helplessness, and I think we often marshall our anger in order to bust us over the hump that we’ve been stuck behind.

    You go, grrrl! ;-)

Hey Adam! Thanks for stopping by! You’re my champion! Yeah, wouldn’t it be great if I had a link to the class!! I just wish I could figure out how to do it within two minutes. AAACCKK! When I get the link up, I’ll let you know!

Hey, where’d you get “your” Tinkerbell phone? I’ve googled it & not found it!!! I want some Sparkle Power!

    Sounds good (re: the link).

I don’t know where that phone came from… I asked my 7-year old the other day, and she said, “The Easter Bunny.” So, I guess I’ve gotta go to the source. I’ll get back to you, though.
